Welcome to Shag Spirits ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, platform, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
Eligibility

- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
Age and Resale Restrictions
Shag Spirits is committed to ensuring responsible alcohol consumption. We strictly prohibit the sale of alcohol to individuals under the age of 21. By accessing and engaging with our site, you confirm that you and any recipient of alcoholic beverages purchased via Shag Spirits are over 21. Alcohol purchased from Shag Spirits is for personal enjoyment and is not intended for resale.
Platform Role
Shag Spirits operates as a marketing, technology, and order-facilitation platform. Alcoholic beverages offered through the Services are sold, fulfilled, and delivered by independently owned, properly licensed alcohol retailers in the BarBank network in accordance with applicable law.
The licensed retailer is the seller of record for alcoholic beverage transactions. Shag Spirits may facilitate payment processing, order transmission, marketing, and delivery coordination on the retailer's behalf but does not take ownership of, or title to, alcoholic beverages.
Limited Edition Products
Shag Spirits products are released in limited quantities. Product availability is not guaranteed. All quantities listed (e.g., "777 Bottles") reflect the total production run and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit order quantities per customer.
Alcohol Compliance
- You and the intended recipient must be 21 years of age or older
- A valid government-issued photo ID is required at delivery
- An adult signature is required; packages cannot be left unattended
- Failed age verification may result in cancellation, return, or additional fees
Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance by the licensed retailer. Prices, availability, and product details may change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping, and compliance fees may apply. You authorize charges submitted through the Services.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at hello@shagspirits.com prior to initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
Shipping
Orders are not available for delivery in AL, AR, DE, MS, OK, RI, TN, and UT. Orders only fulfill to the continental US. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts may incur additional fees. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.
Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. In the event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. For full details, see our Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property
All original content, features, functions, artwork, label designs, photography, and branding of the Services remain the exclusive property of Shag Spirits and its licensors, including artwork by Shag (Josh Agle). No artwork, imagery, photography, or content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without express written permission.
Website Use
Browsing is welcome, but refrain from distributing, republishing, or using our site's content for public or commercial gains without our explicit consent. Unauthorized alterations or interference with our website's functionality are strictly prohibited, and any breach may lead to your access termination.
Account Responsibilities
You bear the responsibility for all actions taken on our website via your account. Creating an account mandates accurate and timely information. Safeguard your password diligently and refrain from sharing it. Alert us immediately if you detect any unauthorized account activity.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shag Spirits, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
