Shag Spirits Refund Policy

All sales are final. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@shagspirits.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Adult Signature Required

To protect the security and integrity of your purchase, some packages are designated to require an adult signature upon delivery. An adult 21 years of age or older must be present to sign for the package.

Refunds on Returned Packages

Restocking Fee: There will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from the total amount of your refund for packages returned to our warehouse due to the absence of an eligible recipient to sign for the package. This is to cover administrative, handling, and restocking costs.

Shipping Costs: Please understand that the initial shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the refund amount will be reduced by the shipping expenses.

Claiming Refunds: Upon receipt of the returned package at our warehouse, and after the necessary checks have been completed, the remaining amount after deductions (restocking fee and original shipping costs) will be refunded to the original method of payment. This process might take up to 10-15 business days.

Re-Ordering: If you wish to reorder the item after it has been returned, you will need to place a new order and shipping costs will apply as per our standard shipping rates.
